Moondust is the third design in the Swish and Flick Collective.

This design is a cross between a scarf and a cowl, and is knitted flat and then fastened with a button.

The inspiration behind Moondust came from the scene in the third book, when Remus turns into a werewolf - watched by the main characters.

The undulating pattern represents the mountains behind the school and the large button is the moon shining down.

The sample is knit using 2 skeins of Eden Cottage Yarns Pendle Chunky in ‘Snowy Owl’. Each skein is 100m and I used almost all of the 2 skeins.

This is a quick and fun knit, and makes a wonderfully warm and cosy accessory.
