Delicate, a little dreamy, and just rustic enough to feel like they belong in a cozy cottage deep in the woods. The lacy ribbed pattern makes them perfect for early Spring morning walks, or chilly evenings out on the town.

With options to make them in small, medium or large just by changing needle sizes, these mitts work up quickly and make great gifts.

Due to the ribbing, gauge was taken after blocking, unstretched in pattern as there is very little stockinette stitch in the mitts. They have plenty of stretch which makes them comfortable and perfect for active hands.

The yarn used for the sample is a lighter dk weight and is a very airy lightweight yarn. I have also used Drops Karisma which is listed as a dk weight but works up more like a worsted weight and they still came out great, just slightly larger.
