Morgan is a knit bag with long shoulder strap and a buckled closure with magnetic snap. It is another of my re-cycle projects, here I use a medium weight cotton yarn in light khaki green, one of my favorite colors of the spring.

To form the pattern, I put two simple cable stitches together, with ribs in between and moss stitches on the sides.

The straps are made from faux leather which add a contrast to the knit texture of the bag. The magnetic snap is removed from an old handbag that I don’t use anymore. Re-use and re-cycle!
