For the past few years, we (Maren Christina, Janneke Zaat, Juli Gittinger, and I) have hosted a Mosaic Christmas Stocking competition in our Facebook groups.

Together, we’ve created a basic stocking pattern with lots of different mosaic designs so you can crochet your own Mosaic Crochet Christmas Stocking.

The patterns are now available to download for FREE on Ravelry.

You can use any yarn with the matching hook size—just keep in mind: the thicker the yarn, the larger the stocking (and the more room for presents!).

The pattern doesn’t include yarn details, since it’s small and free—so it’s the perfect excuse to dig into your yarn stash and see what you already have.
