A chic turban style headband that is great for beginners who want to learn a simple stitch that creates beautiful texture. Great for keeping your head and ears warm in the cold, whilst skiing or cycling in the city. Alternatively, knit in a cotton, linen or silk yarn for your summer holidays. So quick and low cost to make, it’s the perfect gift for female friends and relatives.

The pattern is knitted to your own personal measurements ensuring that it fits your head perfectly (or that of the person you are making it for).

The gauge is a guideline, if you find it hard to achieve the same gauge do not worry too much - If the finished piece it is thinner or thicker by a stitch or two it won’t make a massive difference.

You’ll need 1 pair of 4mm single-pointed needles and a tapestry needle for making up. The headband should take about half a 50g skein of dk yarn.
