Mountain Sock Knitting Pattern

This sock was inspired by the beautiful mountain landscape of British Columbia, Canada. This design is also featured in the Mountain Beanie and the Bulky Mountain Beanie, which are available on my Ravelry

NOTES
This pattern is a cuff-down sock with a heel flap and gusset. The pattern is written for 9” circular needles but can be adjusted to use magic loop or double pointed needles.

Materials

  • US 1.5|2.5mm – 9” / 23cm circular needle
  • US 1.5|2.5mm – 32” / 80cm circular needle
  • Stitch markers (3)
  • Tapestry needle
  • Scissors

Fingering Weight Yarn:
60 – 95g / 210 – 340m / 230 – 370yd

  • Sample 1: Woolberry Fiber Co. Berry Sock
  • Sample 2: Woollentwine Sustainable Sock

Size
Three sizes: A (B, C), corresponding to a foot circumference of 6-7” (7-8”, 8-10”) / 15-18cm (18-20cm, 20-25cm)
