An extra small monster with an extra big fun factor!

Worked in continuous rounds from the bottom up, the first leg is created, the yarn cut, and after the second leg, there is a joining round and the rest of the piece is worked also in continuous rounds. I won’t lie: the stitching is a bit fiddly, so absolute beginners be warned. I have made best efforts to include visual aids, and I am always happy to help you through snags.

I originally designed this pocket-sized doll to hand out on Beggar’s Night (Halloween) as something more memorable and long-lasting than candy. It was fun to design, make, and hand out. I can only hope you get at least half as much satisfaction :)

Pattern includes guidance for making a Frankenstein M’ster and a Michael Myers variation with a “knitting needle” protruding from the neck.

A knit version of the pattern is available to download here on my blog (or here on Ravelry) if you’d prefer. The doll is even a little bit smaller and a little bit more fiddly, but I wanted to challenge myself to make both versions available, and I couldn’t be more happy with the results!
