MURÚ SCARF
…………………….

There are multiple ways to describe a mermaid in Irish mythology. One of them being Murúch - which means merrow, or sea maiden. And this is whence the Murú scarf derives its name.

Whimsical, playful, and festively nautical, Murú is what happened when I was tasked to design a garter stitch scarf.

And it seems to be infused with a little magic. Because it brings a smile to anyone who tries it on - be they a murúch, a land-dwelling human, or a mischevious little girl who claims to be a hybrid of the two.

For an everyday wearable scarf, try Murú in a neutral shade with matching pom-poms (or without). For a pop of colour, try it in a vibrant hue with contrasting pom-poms. Or, go all out with the nautical theme and try it in stripes.

Instructions are provided for chunky, Aran, and Dk weight yarns.

An easy garter stitch scarf, with an extra pinch of nautical charm!
