DESCRIPTION
My Daisy Granny Tank is an interesting, but easy top to crochet. You won’t get bored making this one. It incorporates several different techniques and a variety of simple stitches.

It starts off with a granny square motif, my version of the daisy granny square, that are joined together with the flat slip stitch join to make the bottom strip. Rows of different stitches are crocheted to the granny strip to make the body of the tank. There is armhole shaping and then the straps, which are wide enough to cover your bra, are joined. An edging is added around the panels and then they are joined at the side seam.

Use you own colour story, or do as I did, deconstructed the Caron Cotton Cake and place the colours where you want (see my YouTube video on how to deconstruct a cake). Make it in one colour if you prefer, or it is a great project to use up your yarn stash.

The result is a beautiful, feminine tank that will keep you cool and fashionable on those warmer days.
