ABOUT THE DESIGN:

MY DOTLINE SWEATER has an oversized fit and wide sleeves. The sweater is designed with a cropped body length, boat neck and contrast-colored stripes made of small pretty bubbles looking like pearls on a piece of string – hence the name DOTLINE.

MY DOTLINE SWEATER is worked from the top down. First the front yoke is worked back and forth with Dotline stripes and increases for the armholes. Then stitches are knitted up along the cast-on for the back, and it is worked like the front. The work is joined under the armholes and from here the body is worked in the round and finished with ribbing and an Italian bind-off. Stitches for the sleeves are picked up along the armhole. The Dotline pattern continues, and the sleeves are finished in the same way as the body. The neck edge is finished with an Icord.
