My Star Sweater ✨

The My Star Sweater is a top-down, oversized cable-knit drop-shoulder pullover designed for a relaxed fit with about 30 cm (12”) of positive ease.

You’ll start at the back neck to work the back yoke, then pick up stitches for both shoulders while shaping the neckline. After joining the front pieces, you’ll complete the yoke and connect the front and back to work the body.

The body is finished with a 2x2 rib hem, knitted separately for the front and back. Sleeves are picked up from the armholes and worked down, and both the cuffs and neckline are finished with 2x2 ribbing.

Difficulty: Advanced Beginner to Intermediate
If you have some experience with top-down sweaters or cable knitting, you’ll find this project enjoyable and straightforward.

Enjoy your knitting time with these lovely and simple cables!
Happy knitting! :D
