Namib
As the long dunes of the coastal Namib desert stretch for over 1,200 miles, sinuously shaped by the ceaselessly blowing wind, the lace ripples in this stole seem to go on and on.
Namib is a rectangular stole, knit flat from the short side starting with a provisional cast on. The needle size used is larger than suggested for the yarn, creating a drapey, lacier fabric. After completing the body, both short sides are finished with a knitted-on edging.
This pattern includes both written instructions and full charts.
