“neji_rib remix” is a DK version of “neji_rib” to be knit with various weight yarns. In addition, a new option has been added. You can wear them reversibly. They are worked toe-up with heel flap and gusset. You can make an adult size in fingering weight yarn held double (or DK weight) and a child’s size in Sport or fingering weight. Choose your size based on your foot circumference. Directions are written for the magic loop method with circular needles. Video tutorial links are included.

The pattern includes options of;

• Toe: tabi-toe, regular toe, toe-less
• Type A: The right side is a combination of 1×1 Twisted Rib and stockinette stitch, and the reverse side is a combination of 1×1 ribbing and reverse stockinette stitch.
• Type B: 1×1 ribbing is twisted on both the right side and the reverse side. The instep and front are reverse stockinette stitch on right side and stockinette stitch on the reverse side.*

YARN
90-100 g of DK weight or fingering weight held double for adult size, 30-60 g of Fingering - Sport weight for child size

Size 1 (2, 3) / 42 (44, 46) sts in the foot
Foot circumference: The size can be customized with varying gauges, available from 11.5 cm -19.5 cm / 4 1/2- 7 3/4″.
Foot length: adjustable (see page 3)

NEEDLES
US 3 / 3.25 mm circular needle for adult sizes
US 1 / 2.25 mm circular needle for child sizes
Adjust needle size to obtain gauge. Sample used 80 cm / 32” circular needle.

NOTIONS
Tapestry needle, stitch markers

GAUGE
23 sts & 34 rnds = 10 cm/4” in stockinette st, adult size
32 sts = 10 cm/4” in ribbing, adult size

＜選べるオプション＞

• つま先: 足袋型のつま先, 普通のつま先, トウレス
• タイプA: 表面は1×1ねじりゴム編みとメリヤス編み, 裏面は1×1ゴム編みと裏メリヤス編み.
• タイプB: 両面ともに1×1ねじりゴム編み. 甲と前面は, 表面で裏メリヤス編み, 裏面で表メリヤス編み.
