The New Season Socks were inspired by the first signs of spring. They have a cable pattern growing up the centre of the front of the foot and leg, with garter stitch and a mock rib either side. The back of the leg has been left plain stocking stitch, but the stitch pattern from the front of the leg could be incorporated into the back too.

The pattern has a wedge toe and a Wrap and Turn short row heel, however the heel and toe could easily be changed to your own choice. They are knit using the magic loop method but can be adapted to suit dpns.

The pattern has written instruction and a chart for the cable panel.
