Summer temps did not stop our Knitting Camp buddies from making these pretty and cozy neck warmers. These make for a perfect first project once your new knitter has gotten comfortable with the knit stitch. This project provides a good opportunity to learn how to cast on (for students with interest) and maintain consistent tension. If your student feels adventurous, they may also want to learn to sew on their buttons.
