Pretty berry clusters and rivulets of dewdrops decorate these luxurious beauties, but you can achieve all the delicate patterning without worrying about cables – simple yarnovers and knitted decreases create the luscious shapes, which I have highlighted with beads for a flash of elegance. They are worked in Titus 4ply, a shimmering blend of merino and silk.

The finished sizes of these socks are: 18.5cm/7.25” (S), 20cm/8” (M), 21.5cm/8.5” (L) and 23cm/9” (XL), to fit foot circumference 20cm/8”, 21.5cm/8.5”, 23cm/9” and 24.5cm/9.5”.

This cuff-down sock pattern, with a gusset, heel flap and grafted toe, contains step-by-step instructions for the easy crochet hook method of beading (which avoids the need to pre-thread all the beads at once), and links to useful online tutorials. Beading is optional of course! And if you intend wearing your lovely socks with closed shoes, I suggest omitting the beads on the foot section.

This pattern is only available as part of the eBook or the Print book.
