This is another in my series of super-simple baby blanket patterns created as part of a project to donate for a neonatal ICU. This turned out really great - very soft and squishy and stretchy.

The whole piece is worked with 2 strands of contrasting colors of the Caron Simply Soft - I chose a dark red and charcoal gray and really liked the effect.

Only stitches required for this are knitting and purling, so it’s a good beginner blanket!
