Nordic Festive Baubles

The pattern has instructions for six baubles with a nordic themes including a stylised flower/a reindeer/snowflake/snow/os and xs and a fir tree. There are written instructions and grids for each bauble.

The baubles can be strung on twine to make a garland or a loop can be added and they can be hung on the tree.

Knit using the fairisle technique (knitting with two strands across a row). They are knit flat and then seamed.

There are some spare blank grids at the end of the pattern which can be used to create new designs.

You will need:-
Double-knitting wool in two contrasting colours
a pair of 4mm needles,
a tapestry needle,
toy stuffing.

Plus twine for the garland.

Note the finished bauble measures about 6cm tall.

Casting on, Casting off, Increasing, Decreasing, Fair Isle, knit and purl stitches.
