This poncho is pure luxury! Lightweight, knit from pure merino it is a beautifully soft layer with gorgeous drape. It is a fast, simple knit in mostly stockinette. The construction is a classic rectangle, knit flat, then folded and seamed with a neck opening. The neck is achieved by picking up stitches around the opening and knitting in the round. It includes elegant and professional finishes such as a simple cabled selvedge and a sewn down mock turtleneck. The coloured stripes are a nod to an iconic Canadian pattern, but you can create your own look with your favourites.

Dressed up or down, Northern Stripes is easy to wear, flattering to any body type and will fast become a staple of your wardrobe!

When you purchase this pattern you will also receive the Northern Stripes Cowl pattern at no additional charge!
