This hat features an extra warm double brim achieved through a provisional cast on. This hat would be easily customizable for different colored body and brim, but the pattern is written for 1 color.

Sizing:
Available in Toddler, Child, and Adult sizes.
-Finished ribbing circumference: 12 (13, 14) inches unstretched
-Finished Height: 7 (8, 9) inches

Gauge:
-20 stitches and 28 rows equals 4 inches in stockinette stitch on larger needles.

Materials needed:
-Worsted weight yarn Approx. 90-170 yards. One 100 gram skein will be more than enough for any size.
-Scrap worsted weight yarn for provisional cast on.
-Two US size 5/3.75 mm 16” circular knitting needles
-US size 7/4.5 mm 16” circular knitting needle
-US size 7 double point needles
-One removable stitch marker to indicate the beginning of round
-Tapestry needle
