The blanket in the image uses:

1 x Scheepjes Whirl (4ply, 60% cotton, 40% acrylic, 100g/455m) yarn cakes in Cotton Candy Man (760).
2 x Scheepjes Whirlette (4ply, 60% cotton, 40% acrylic, 100g/455m) yarn cakes in Almond Butter (886).

If meeting gauge this would create a blanket approx 81 x 81cm. If using the suggested yarn and amount, meeting gauge is important if wanting to complete the full diamond pattern and smaller diamonds for the last few rounds.

This pattern is worked from the centre in rounds and uses the following UK crochet terms. (US equivalent in brackets below).

Ch - Chain
Tr - Treble Crochet (double crochet)
Dc - Double crochet (single crochet)
Ss - Slip stitch

The pattern includes written instructions and photos of each round up until round 11. From round 12 the pattern repeat increases but is easily followed using the pattern notes and diagrams.
