This pattern is featured in issue 15 of Laine Magazine.

The Noxolis scarf is worked in two-colour brioche and looks stunning on both sides. It uses six colours and offers a perfect playground for colour combinations.

The scarf is divided into three sections: the edge sections are predominantly worked in syncopated brioche to make a zigzagging gradient pattern, and the middle section features a brioche motif constructed with increases and decreases. The edges are finished with an i-cord edging.

You may run out of C5 yarn, depending on the gauge. It uses almost a full 400 yds / 435 m Urth Harvest Fingering skein, so consider having more yardage than written in the pattern or when you reach the middle of the work (after 11th motif repeat out of a total of 22 motif repeats), weigh C5 yarn to calculate the remaining yardage to see if you use half or less than half yardage. If more than half is used, you can also omit a couple of repeats of middle section.
