The Oak Sweater is a knitting pattern for babies and children, designed with little ones in mind. It features a practical neckline opening and a beautiful textured stitch that gradually emerges as you knit, adding character to this simple and timeless design.

The sweater is worked in separate pieces. Once the pieces are completed, one shoulder is seamed and the neck stitches are picked up and knitted. The second shoulder is then seamed, followed by picking up stitches around the armholes to knit the sleeves from the shoulder down to the cuffs. Finally, the side seams are sewn to complete the sweater.
