The Obsidian Blouse is an elegant top with saddle shoulders and a V-neckline, finished with a delicate silk mohair tie. The slightly oversized fit and saddle detail create a subtle contrast to the feminine tie.

The blouse is worked flat at first while increases shape the shoulders, sleeves, and body. Double-knit edges are worked along the V-neck before the piece is joined and continued in the round. The sleeves are also worked in the round. Both the body and sleeves are finished with a folded hem. Finally, stitches are picked up along the neckline to work the double-knit tie and neckline edging.

The Obsidian Blouse is designed to be worn with approximately 8–12 cm of positive ease. For sizes 5, the ease gradually decreases as bust measurements increase. Measure yourself before you begin to determine the best size for you.

For example, if your bust measures 87 cm, you add 8–12 cm of ease = 95–99 cm. In this case, you should choose size 2, which has a finished bust measurement of 97 cm.
