Some socks are just socks… These are Oh Goose! Socks - kids edition. Inspired by cozy countryside walks, mischievous geese, and a love of playful details, Oh Goose! Socks feature a charming colorwork goose that appears on the heel and continues up the back of the sock almost to the ribbing. This unexpected detail creates a delightful surprise with every step and gives a classic sock silhouette a fun, whimsical twist.

The socks are knitted from the cuff down and use a comfortable boomerang heel construction. The heel placement makes the duck motif the star of the design, while keeping the rest of the sock clean, cozy, and easy to wear.

The pattern includes six sizes: 1 (2) 3 (4) 5 (6) and allows you to easily adjust both the foot length and the cuff height to fit your preferences. Clear charts for all sizes are included at the end of the pattern.

NOTE: Goose is knitted using intarsia, but if you haven’t tried it before, don’t worry! A step-by-step guide is included (I’ve recorded two detailed YouTube videos). So it could be a perfect project to learn intarsia!
