Old Clem socks
Old Clem
The delicate flowers of our clematis (affectionately referred to as Old Clem) which we have growing in our backyard inspired this design. The lace and movement of the stitches work together to create a lovely and pretty design.
These socks are a simple knit, with the main challenge being a few five stitch cables. The back of the leg is worked in stockinette stitch.
These socks are worked toe up and feature a rounded wedge toe with heel flap and gusset.
