The Ombeline Cowl was inspired by the beautiful stained glass windows in the cathedrals of Paris.

Construction:
Ombeline cowl is seamlessly knit in-the-round with corrugated ribbing edges and a stranded colorwork body.
It was designed with a gradient skein combined with a speckled skein, and the colorwork really beautifully displays how these two yarns come together. If you don’t have gradient skeins don’t worry! This cowl looks great in solid colors as well.

Needles:
US 3/3.25 mm circular needle (60cms recommended)

Notions: Stitch markers & tapestry needle

Yarn:
DK Weight/8 ply
Color 1: 235-255 yards
Color 2: 240-260 yards
Shown here: KnitCircus Divine 1 gradient skein and 1 speckled skein, both in the Brass and Steam colorway

Finished Size:
The finished cowl measures about 27” circumference and 14.5” tall after blocking. This may vary depending on the yarn you use.
