One Perfect Skein
by Fredi Baker
Designed for that perfect skein of fingering (or sock blank) you have been saving for something special. This will take the entire skein, and is adjustable to fit your skein yardage - anywhere from approx. 380 to 600 yards. The shape of this shawl is an asymmetrical, elongated triangle, with a gently curving top edge that hugs your neck beautifully.
This pattern was designed by Fredi Baker, who passed away on April 17, 2025. Her pattern collection was generously gifted to Fredi’s LYS Rumpelstiltskin in Sacramento, CA. We are honored to continue sharing joy through her patterns.
