Recommended needles: Circular needles 4.5 mm and 5.5 mm (40 cm / 16 in for neckline and sleeves), circular needles 5.5 mm and 5 mm (60–120 cm / 24–47 in). Double-pointed needles 5 mm for the sleeve rib. If you use the Magic Loop technique, you do not need DPNs.

The Ontika jumper is worked on circular needles from the top down with a circular yoke. First, the neckband is knitted in rib, then the yoke is worked in colourwork following the chart and in stocking stitch according to the pattern, before the work is divided for body and sleeves.
The jumper is knitted in one single piece and is therefore assembly-free
