‘The Hillsborough’ is a form-fitting, cropped sweater with an unusual open back design, which ties at the nape of the neck. This is the perfect piece to put on over a dress to see you through the cooler seasons, and it adds an interesting extra layer, which is both beautiful and functional.

The pattern is written in three sizes, small (bust 32-34 inches), medium (bust 36-38 inches), and large (bust 40-42 inches), and the cropped length measures 16 inches. Please note, this garment is designed with ‘negative ease.’

You will need a light worsted, dk (category 3) weight yarn to complete this project. As well as a small, 1/2 inch button for the back fastening. The pattern is suitable for beginners, and is written in standard US terms.
