The Optical Illusion Scarf is a narrow double knitted scarf in a 70s inspired two colored pattern.

SIZE: 1

SUGGESTED NEEDLES: Circular needle 3,5 mm (80, 100 or 120 cm)

SCARF MEASUREMENTS: 6 cm wide, length is optional. The scarf I´m wearing in the photos is approximately 1,5 m long.

GAUGE: (after washing and blocking): 30 sts x 27 rows = 10 x 10 cm

MATERIAL SUGGESTION

Color A:
50 g of Sunday from Sandnes (ca 235 m)

Color B:
50 g of Sunday from Sandnes (ca 235 m)

This project is very suitable for scrap yarn. Remember that needle 3,5 mm is just a suggestion and that you can adapt the pattern to the yarn and needle size you want to use. Knitting with a thinner needle will make the scarf more narrow and choosing thicker needles will give you a wider result.
