The image depicted on the pattern demonstrates the shape only. While a different yarn has been used, it is the same weighting and therefore, size. Front and back are the same :)

Final measurements after blocking:
Shoulder to hem: 50cm
Waistband unstretched: 35cm
Underarm to underarm: 43cm

Begin by knitting a swatch to determine which needle size will give you the correct gauge – please note that both the stitch gauge and the row gauge needs to be correct for the sweater to end up having similar measurements.

As this pattern is only one size, if you want a bigger size I suggest using bigger needles and/or thicker yarn.
