This is such a fun pattern that I made as I wanted a vest that I could wear as a low neck or a low back (whatever I was feeling on the day).

Final measurements after blocking:
Shoulder to hem: 50cm
Front neckline to hem: 30cm
Waistband unstretched: 42cm

It is a nice and light weight as it uses only 1 strand of 8ply so is perfect for all seasons. Any 8ply yarn can be used as long as it follows roughly the same tension. Begin by knitting a swatch to determine which needle size will give you the correct gauge – please note that both the stitch gauge and the row gauge needs to be correct for the sweater to end up having similar measurements.

As this pattern is only one size, if you want a bigger size I suggest using bigger needles and/or thicker yarn (such as the multicolour blue vest pictured).
