The egg is knitted bottom upp on circular needles using magic loop-technique. Since it’s a small project that requires very little yarn, it’s perfect for using up scrap yarns. The idea is that any yarn and needle sizes can be used, and therefore the gauge is not important. Knit a one colored egg and decorate it with beads, sequins or other materials you have at home, make it stripey or use a hand-dyed or multicolored yarn, have fun and go wild!
