Owl Keep You Warm is a pattern for a knitted beanie, featuring stranded colourwork. It is worked entirely in the round, from the bottom up.

The pattern comes in two sizes to fit a head circumference of about 18-20 (21-23) inches or 45-50 (52.5-57.5) cm.

You’ll need approximately about 214 meters or 234 yards of fingering weight yarn for the largest size: 100 meters or 109 yards of MC, 70 meters or 77 yards of CC1 and 44 meters or 48 yards of CC2.

Yarn + pattern kits are available on my webshop.

Yarn used in sample is Kate Davies Designs Milarrochy Tweed in colourways Garth (MC), Hirst (CC1), and Horseback brown (CC2)

Other materials required are a set of knitting needles for working small circumferences in the round, at least 1 stitch marker, and a tapestry needle.

This pattern contains 6 pages. Basic instructions fit on 1 page and then there are 4 pages for charts. Both colour and black and white version of the charts are included in the pattern.

A big thank you goes out to my test knitters: bikewi, Drahdiwawal, helle007, mslove, and redtina.

This pattern is included in my “Buy 3, get 1 free!” sale. Just add any 4 of my patterns to your cart and get the cheapest one for free
