This fingering weight shawl is created using two very unique “cluster” stitches. I think you’ll find it fun to make and to wear. The cluster stitches add a dimension to the shawl that’s rarely seen in knitting pattern, and the stitches are also integrated with a Japanese ladder stitch. The result is a unique and elegant shawl.

The shawl was designed in a unique way, and no grafting or Kitchener stitch is required.

Skill Level: Intermediate (assuming lace knitting experience)

The border and focal stitch are both charted only.

The shawl was co-designed with, and expertly tested by Page Zelasko, who can be contacted at: izazbz@yahoo.com.

The pattern is for sale on Etsy in the Cable Lace Shawl Pattern Section.
