Yarn used is Squish DK, 100% Superwash Merino, 231 yards/100g, from Big Sky Yarn Co. Colorways: 3 skeins of Tennessee Whiskey, 2 skeins of St. Lucia and 2 skein of Hayride. Total yards used 1617. Gauge: 4x4 inches in dc = 16 st’s x 8 rows, worked in dc.
The Brown, green and cream version was made with Caron Simply Soft, 100% acrylic, worsted, 315 yards/288m. Color ways: 5 skeins of Taupe (brown), 1 skein of Dark Sage and 1 skein of Off White Tweed. Total yards used 2205. Gauge: 4x4 inches in dc = 12 st’s x 8 rows.
This pattern is written for adjusting the size that fits your desired measurements. This allows you to work with any weight yarn and any size hook. My swancho measured 30 inches from center front neck to bottom of front point, and 18 inches from shoulder to end of arm cuff. This is a size XL. Take your measurements to work from. Pattern is worked top down.
