The Parallax Mittens are knitted from the handcuff to the point of the fingers, in a mosaic colorwork stitch pattern, creating a vertical stripe motif and a soft texture. It matches with the Parallax Hood which is another eatyourfiberzz knitting pattern.

Mittens are supposed to have a slight negative ease, and its feeling on your skin will depend on the picked up yarn. If you’re looking for light and soft mittens, I suggest you go with a blown yarn like Drops Air, if you’re looking for mittens that shield your hands, I suggest you go with a more sturdy yarn like Drops Nepal, especially as main color.

Parallax refers the apparent shift in the position of an object when viewed from different angles, which the Parallax series makes me think of because of the slip stitch stripes and how they seem to be upfront of the mittens.
