Peacock Eye Fingerless Mitts are mittens worked from bottom to top all in one piece. First, the cuff is worked flat in ornamental Garter Stitch, then you pick up stitches along one cuff edge and work upwards. The front of the mitt features a beautiful lace motif resembling the eye on a peacock’s tail.
Mitts are suitable for various wool blends with good stitch definition. Solid and semi-variegated yarns are highly recommended in order to show the unique beauty of the lace motif.

The pattern is available as a single download and also as a part of "On a Peacock's Tail" e-book.
