My Pebbles and Paths was created with a combination of regular and knobbly stitch patterns that give a pleasing juxtaposition of textures in a cosy winter cowl. It uses a 5.00mm hook and recommends The Australian Wool Store’s beautiful, soft, 8-ply (DK weight) merino/silk yarn but obviously you can use any nice soft 8-ply.

It’s an intermediate crochet project that comes in both Australian/UK and US terminology.
