Peek-a-boo Thumbless Mittens
These are mitts specially designed for your thumb sucker. These mitts allow for full thumb access so your baby or toddler can get the same soothing suction as if they weren’t wearing the mitts. Thumbs can also be tucked back into the mitt while not “in use.” While not practical for playing outside for long periods of time, they are great for car trips, strolls outside or waiting for big brother or sister’s school bus. If your child only sucks one thumb, you may choose to only put the thumb slit in one mitt. Sizes can also be easily adjusted by adding or subtracting increments of 4 stitches.
My hope is that you will enjoy these mitts as much as my toddler does!
