This lightweight wrap is large enough to snuggle up in on a summer’s evening and delicate enough to fold and use as a large scarf through the autumn and winter. It can be made in four colours (as shown in the photo), or all in one colour, and would work equally well in solid, variegated or gradient yarns.

I made it in an alpaca/ silk blend yarn, 167m/50g, but it would work equally well in most 4 ply or sock weight yarns. The pattern uses 300g/ 1002m of yarn. The finished and blocked wrap measures approximately 70cm wide and 175cm long, excluding the fringe.
