This pattern is reminiscent of a cold winter’s night sitting down with some cozy knitting and a cup of spicy peppermint cocoa. The textured pattern forms little peppermint sticks that are floating in a sea of sweet warm cocoa. The lacey cuff represents a frothy dollop of cream topping this glorious confection.

The sock has a textured pattern on the front and stockinet the stitch on the back. It is knit cuff down with a slip stitch heel flap, gusset, and rounded toe. Stitches used for pattern are knit and purl. This is a great pattern for a beginning knitter. The directions are for magic loop method but can easily be adapted to dpns.
