This pattern is for a simple, yet elegant lap blanket. The blanket uses six different coloured yarns in a geometric and repetitive style to create an interesting pattern. The pattern only uses basic granny style crochet stitches and so is good for novice crocheters.

The pattern is written for a lap blanket size, approximately 95cm x 130cm. A secondary size is also included in the pattern though, for a single bed sized blanket, approximately 120cm x 200cm.

The amounts required are as follows;
Lap Blanket – 100g each of 5 different colours, plus 300g of the sixth colour also used for the edge.
Single Bed Blanket - 200g each of 5 different colours, plus 400g of the sixth colour also used for the edge.
