Petunia socks are knitted top down with a ribbed cuff and picot ruffles for a fun flair! You can choose to wear them pointed upwards or downwards or both. If you want you can knit more picot ruffles and make the socks higher - these are pretty low cut, but still peeking from your shoes just enough.
The rest of the sock is knitted in stockinette with a short row heel. A video link is included for picot section.
