Fading Note
This sweater is knit with 4 shades of yarn that fade from light to dark. You can customize your color transitions based on
your yarn choices. Work with color A on its own for the collar, short rows and yoke.
Near the end of the yoke, start fading colors A & B together by
working 2-round stripes with each color.
Work with color B on its own.
Stripe colors B & C together for 2 rounds each.
Work with color C on its own when you reach the middle of the body.
Stripe colors C & D together for 2 rounds each after you pass the
middle of the body.
Finish the body and bottom ribbing with color D on its own.
As you fade colors for the body, save some yarn for the sleeves so you can try to match your color transitions between the body and sleeves. Fade the sleeves to match the body.

Errata
01-09-22: I corrected the stitch counts at the bottom right column of page 4 for sizes 6, 7, 8, & 9. You should slip 76 sts onto right needle after you finish closing the short row gaps. This correction is reflected in the new PDF pierre_pullover_2.pdf

22-09-22: I corrected the cast on stitch counts for Sizes 6, 7, 8, & 9 along with correcting the stitch counts for those sizes everywhere else on page 4 of the pattern. This updated PDF can be downloaded as pierre_pullover_3.pdf.
