Pineapple Beanie
Have you ever wanted to wear a pineapple on your head? Well, now is your chance! This adorable beanie is crocheted using the harlequin stitch to make a very pineapple-esque design, topped with a green pom pom!
The Pineapple Beanie pattern is intermediate level and requires knowledge of chaining, slip stitching, single, half-double, and double crochet stitches, working in the round and in the back loop only, and decreasing. You’ll need a 5.5mm crochet hook and about 160 yards of worsted weight yarn, and a green pom pom (optional, if made out of yarn it uses about 30 yards).
There are written instructions for child/teen and adult size beanies, as well as guidelines for making the circumference larger or smaller and the height higher.
This pattern uses US terminology and is written in English.
