Pink February Hat
Nice wintery walk under the glimmering trees. Sunshine through the branches and a lots of snow. That is the imagery behind this hat.
This hat is knit bottom up starting with ribbing. The lace pattern is easy and has charts and written instructions. The hat ends with crown decreases incorporated into the pattern. The hat is finished with a pompom (instructions not included).
The pattern uses the following:
- Twisted chain cast-on (not instructed)
- k2tog, ssk decreases
- yo increase

4,0mm / US 6 circular needles 40cm/16in for the brim
4,5mm / US 7 circular needles 40cm /16in
4,5mm / US 7 double pointed needles for the crown (optional)

Size 1: 72sts
Size 2: 90sts
Size 3: 108sts
Sample hat was knit in size 2 and the circumference is about 43cm/17in and total length is about 32cm/12.5in. It fits a head of 56cm/22in in circumference.
