Named for a child who loves the way a pinwheel blows in the wind, Pinwheels for Billy is a knitted adaptation of a quilt design.

It is made with 16 squares knit in Garter Stitch, with simple decreases in a modular technique that makes assembly very easy. The afghan is finished with a Garter Stitch border.
