Piparilla Joulumyssy

Ohje julkaistiin alunperin vuoden 2025 adventtikalenterina.

Piparilla joulumyssy neulotaan ylhäältä alas suljettuna neuleena, kaksinkertaisella langalla. Ensin neulotaan pipon hiippa sileänä neuleena, jonka jälkeen aloitetaan pintaneule. Pipon ollessa halutunmittainen, neulotaan koristereunus, jonka yhteydessä voit päättää haluatko käännettävän vai suoran reunan. Lopuksi lisätään tupsu pipon päähän.

M (54-59 cm) / L (58-62 cm)
Puikot:
Sukkapuikot 5 mm
Pyöröpuikot 5mm 40 cm

Mallimyssy A (Pinkki, koko M) on neulottu käyttäen Tukuwool fingering (100 g = 370 m) Langan menekki: 60 g tukuwoolia plus n. 10g jämälankaa reunan koristeeseen ja tupsuun

Mallimyssy B (ruskea, koko L) on neulottu käyttäen Jalovilla vuona (100 g = 400 m) Langan menekki: 1 x 50g vyyhti plus n. 10g jämälankaa reunan koristeeseen ja tupsuun .

Tiheys:
16 s, 38 krs aina oikein neuletta = 10 x 10 cm, 5 mm
puikolla kaksinkertaisella langalla

Silmukoiden luonti ja päättely. Kavennukset: 2 oikein yhteen ja ylivetokavennus.

Piparilla Christmas Cap

Pattern was originally released as Advent calendar and thus consists four parts.

Piparilla Christmas Cap got its name from gingerbread (Pipari is Finnish word for gingerbread).
The cap is knitted using double yarn. Knitting will be started from the tip of the cap downwards as a closed loop. After the cap is reached the desired height the decorative trim will be knitted. You can choose whether you would like to have straight or folded trim. Lastly a pompom is attached to the tip.

Size:
M (54-59 cm / 21-23” ), L (58-62 cm / 23-24”)

Needles:
Double pointed needles 5 mm / 8 US
Circular needles 5 mm / 8 US 40 cm / 15,75”

Model cap A (pink size M) was knitted using Tukuwool fingering (100% Finnish wool yarn) (100 g = 370 m / 404 yds) Total usage of the yarn: 60 g fingering + ca. 10 g scrap yarns for the trim decoration and for pompom.

Model cap B (brown, size L) was knitted using Jalovilla vuona (100% Finnish wool yarn) (100 g = 437 m) Total usage of the yarn: 50 g fingering + ca. 10 g scrap yarns for the trim decoration and for pompom.

Gauge:
16 sts, 38 rows garter stitch = 10 x 10 cm / 4” x 4”,
with 5 mm / 8 US needles, using double yarn

Required skills:
Cast on, bind off. Decreases: Knit 2 together and skp (slip, knit, pass)
